  2. Identify the data fields you want to be mandatory fields
     

  3. Send your webmaster the link to your personalized introduction page. (click here for an example)
     

  4. Prepare your staff for this new service by using the HealthSubmit Communication Materials Pack
     

  5. Test the online form(s) with you staff to acquaint them with the ease-of-use and the time-savings.
     

  6. Announce the service to your patients and enjoy the productivity gains

EASY FOR YOUR STAFF

  1. Read the administrators introduction memo regarding HealthSubmit
     

  2. Read the 1 page user guide for you role
     

  3. Participate in the testing
     

  4. Spread the word to patients about the new service implemented to save them time and for their convenience
     

  5. If you are designated to print forms, use your ID and password to print patient completed forms from your practice’s HealthSubmit web site (PLEASE NOTE, you will be alerted by email when a patient submits a form for your practice)

  3. Review & edit your entries as needed.
     

  4. Press submit and your confirmation will appear on the screen.
